Turn-Key Ballistics Laboratories

D&M develops and integrates complete turn-key Ballistics Laboratories to meet our customers’ specific requirements, including to develop loads, test pressure, velocity, and accuracy of loaded ammunition. Our equipment and processes give our customers the ability to ensure they are manufacturing high quality ammunition to meet SAAMI (USA), CIP (European), or NATO military standards.

Turn-Key Metallurgy Laboratories

Our turn-key metallurgy laboratories are purposely built to ensure the best quality of incoming, in-process, and outgoing parts. The laboratory operator can monitor grain size throughout the cartridge case, measure hardness, perform chemical testing, and measure and record the quality of outgoing cartridge cases against various international and military standards.
