U.S. – Ukraine Ammo Lifeline: D&M Holding & Ukraine’s Defense Industry Launch Propellant JV
A new U.S.–based joint venture between D&M Holding Company and the Ukrainian Defense Industry aims to tackle the critical propellant shortage slowing Ukraine’s ammunition production. Signed at the Rome Ukraine Recovery Conference on July 11, this alliance marks a strategic shift from procurement to domestic production—starting with much-needed 155 mm artillery shells.
