Energetics Manufacturing
Single Base Extruded Propellants
D&M offers several variations of Single Base Extruded Propellant Production Plants, each producing a variety of products and chemistry per customer requirements.
Single Base Extruded Propellants are used for a wide variety of products from artillery ammunition and mortar bombs to small and medium caliber ammunition in both NATO and or Russian Standards.
Double Base Propellants
D&M offers several variations of Double Base Propellant Production Plants, each producing a variety of products and chemistry per customer requirements.
Double Base Spherical propellants are generally used for various small caliber ammunition from 9mm to 12.7mm in NATO and or Russian Standards, as well as Medium Caliber ammunition and Mortar bombs.
Production of spherical propellant is best suited for a portfolio of products such as pistol, 5.56mm, and large rifle to be produced simultaneously to facilitate efficient operation.
Triple Base Propellants
Triple base propellant is a specialized energetic material used primarily in artillery applications, consisting of three key energetic components: nitrocellulose, nitroglycerin, and nitroguanidine. Triple Base Plant is designed for efficient, continuous production through a sophisticated process that includes dehydration, kneading, extrusion, cutting, drying, surface treatment, blending, and final packaging. The facility incorporates redundant systems for critical steps to ensure uninterrupted operation, and its layout allows for scalable expansion. The plant is capable of producing a variety of geometries and formulations based on market demand, with input materials carefully selected for performance and safety. With integrated solvent systems, oversized blending systems, and advanced quality control labs, the plant ensures high throughput while maintaining strict quality and safety standards.
Raw Material and Support Plants
Our experienced team can design and set up production units for the manufacturing of grades A, B, and C Nitrocellulose and Nitroglycerin, as well as units designed for Acid Regeneration.
