Quality Analyst

This position is as a Quality Analyst which will be responsible for inspecting incoming material, finished products and purchased products that will be sent to customers of JDR Manufacturing.

Duties / Responsibilities:

• Measure Tooling and Components to ensure they are made to specification
• Document results of all inspections and give feedback to peers and management
• Disposition products by pass/fail/rework criteria with engineering guidance
• Work in conjunction with Toolmakers and Technicians to assure quality in products
• Adhere to all D&M safety and workforce policies
• Other duties as required

• Skilled in using measurement devices such as micrometers, drop gages, calipers, etc…
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word or related software

Education and Experience:

• High School diploma required

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to sit and stand for long periods of time
